Elizabeth Johnson

Elizabeth Johnson Elizabeth Johnson is a certified paralegal with experience in civil rights, employment discrimination, retaliation, and personal injury litigation.

Elizabeth started her legal career as a paralegal and bookkeeper for a small firm in Berkeley, specializing in employment, personal injury and family law. After five years she joined a small labor law firm in Oakland as their bookkeeper, a position she held for 10 years.

In 1997 she began working with Anne Weills and Dan Siegel on the Crangle v. Stanford case and joined Siegel & Yee in 2000. She received her paralegal certificate from Saint Mary's College. She and her husband are raising two feisty, lovely daughters.

Micah Clatterbaugh

Micah Clatterbaugh Micah Clatterbaugh graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 2002, majoring in Music. He has worked as a legal advocate for the Hayward Day Labor Center and Internal Organizer for Unite-Here Local 2. He has been with Siegel & Yee since 2011.
