Jessica Albert

Since starting at Siegel & Yee in 2007, Jessica has second-chaired two multi-week employment discrimination trials with Dan Siegel, both resulting in multi-million dollar plaintiff's verdicts. Currently Jessica represents employees, non-profit organizations, unions, and green businesses in employment advice and civil litigation.

Prior to going to law school Jessica worked in political campaigns. She was the campaign manager for a citywide city council race in Portland, Oregon, in 2002, and the senior assistant to the campaign manager for the democratic candidate in the 2001 New York City mayor's race. On these and other campaigns Jessica worked extensively with elected officials, union leadership and members, high profile endorsers, volunteers, and all manner of people drawn to the fast-paced world of politics.

Jessica graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2006 and received her BA from Barnard College, Columbia University, in 1999. While in law school Jessica interned for Federal Magistrate Judge James Larson and was a member of the USF Law Review staff. She is currently a member of the Advisory Board for the USF Labor and Employment Law Program.
